Your personal data will be processed based on Article. 6 sec. 1 lit. (a, b, c and d) GDPR. Providing personal data is necessary to:
• preparing the offer, contract and other document that purpose is starting the cooperation.
• analyzing your case and all the documents regarding it
• providing advices on the base of information that were provided
• verification and preparation of documents in order to provide services that are listed in the contract

Failure to provide personal data is associated with the inability to become acquainted with the application of the person reporting and taking any action for the benefit of the person applying.
The recipients to whom your personal data may be transferred will be employees and interns of The Burman Robinson Sp. z o.o. and the competent Foreign Offices due to the reported place of residence of the client.
Your personal data will be kept for an indefinite period.
Your personal data is subject to automated decision making, including profiling.

You are entitled (in situations specified in the provisions of the GDPR):

2. the right to request the rectification of data;
3. the right to delete data;
4. the right to limit processing;
5. the right to object to the processing of data for reasons related to your particular situation, in accordance with art. 21 GDPR;
6. to the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent expressed pursuant to the provisions of the GDPR - the right to withdraw such consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing that was carried out before it’s withdrawal;
7. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
